French singer Mireille Mathieu will be performing for the first time in Israel on 22nd November, at the Tel Aviv Nokia Arena. On 25 September, the French BDS Campaign published an open letter asking her to join the boycott of Israel and to cancel her performance. In a recent interview, she said: “Music doesn’t have frontiers. My only politics is to sing love. (…) I am very proud to come, with all my crew, in Tel Aviv and to perform for the first time in Israel.”
