On 24 October, the French BDS Campaign published an open letter to ask the organizers of the Marjolaine Salon (Paris, 5-13 November) to cancel their invitation to the Israeli firm Sodastream to participate in the event. Similarly, there was a call for boycott against Sodastream on the occasion of the Food Salon of Brussels. (source: BDS website) However, Sodastream was represented in those two events and has just announced that its third quarter revenue rose 39% to 58.3 million (while it was 42 million last year at the same period) and its net profit doubled to 8.8 million.
